I flew in to Queretaro on a red eye from Tijuana and took a taxi to the hotel arriving at about 4:30am. I asked if I could check in early. This of course was an understatement, yet the receptionist accommodated me. I was exhausted but immensely thankful that I could get a couple of hours of sleep before my full day at our plant. This would never happen in the US. I am truly thankful!!! Room was updated, stylish, comfortable and clean. Just what you hope for.

The atmosphere from the place was all in harmony, the place was clean and the kindness, service and disposition of all the personnel was exceptional.

The pool was perfect for my little kid, I understand that you used them for people really interested in temperature contrast therapy, but my kid was excited to try the not-so-deep pool, but it was cold. Anyways he had a lot of fun in the pool and the jacuzzi.

It was a quick trip. Only stayed one so we didnt have time to experience all of the amenities. :(

We enjoyed the cleanliness, the comfort, and most of all, the shower with hot water.
